0.1.3 - Homeless God

Okay this will hopefully be the first out of 2 updates for tonight, I added a new encounter and a boss and also 3 new artifacts, and also 1 new enemy type. (Edit: I won't be able to push out second update tonight lol)

In this update you can now find a homeless man who will ask for money, if you give him money the next time he sees you he will give you free stuff! (Artifacts, a gold nugget and a stick). But if you decide to rob the homeless man you will get a few bits of gold and must fight him. However if you encounter him again after this you will be put into the games first boss fight! (The guy was a homeless god lamo) When beaten you will receive a powerful artifact.
Also side notes I fixed the enemies having double everything and also updated the bush ally and fixed some bugs.

The nugget can be used to trade later on ;)
The rabbits foot idk yet, its useless in this update :3
